Looking forward to family visits and time with friends this fall? Your flu and COVID-19 vaccines can help you stay well and lower your risk of serious illness.
Vaccination appointments are now open at Leeds Pharmacy. If you are 65 or older, you are among Ontario’s priority groups for early vaccination. Our pharmacist will help you choose the right vaccines and timing.
A flu shot each fall helps renew your protection. For adults 65 and older, Ontario recommends Fluzone® High-Dose or Fluad® when available. We will explain your options and confirm what is in stock.
Ask us about your updated COVID-19 vaccine, too. When both vaccines are suitable, you can receive them at the same visit.
You are welcome to help them book and come along to the appointment. Bring their health card and any vaccination records, and let us know about allergies, previous reactions or a recent COVID-19 infection. A short-sleeved shirt makes the visit easier.
If you are booking for yourself as a caregiver, we can check your eligibility. Ontario’s general-public rollout begins October 26.
